  Very poor customer service from Donna & Allen. You don't get a call to notify you of changes in delivery of your order, they can't keep to their commitments. They schedule deliveries without checking with the customer what time is convenient, after missing their deadline. Best part is when they don't tell you that the assembled furniture you purchased actually needs screws to connect it together, screws you need to purchase by the way. If you want to support a local business easier to go to Jay's on the next street over, better prices, better service.
